Monocrystalline PERC solar cells (passivated emitter rear contact solar cells) are based on conventional cells by adding two processes of passivation of Al2O3 film on the back of the cell and laser contact opening, and the absolute conversion efficiency can be improved by 1.2- 1.5%, and the average conversion efficiency reaches 22.5-23%. This project adopts the process route of growing passivation layer by tube PECVD to prepare PERC cell. The process technology is mature with high market share.
The whole line can adopt AGV intelligent transmission, integrate MES and ERP system, and the degree of automation and informatization has reached the industry-leading level.

The process flow of PERC cell is as follows:
- Texture: Decrease the reflection of incoming light
- Diffusion: Create P-N junction
- Laser SE: Create selective emitter
- Tube oxidation: Restore the oxidation layer in laser SE region
- Inline PSG remove: Remove the PSG on the edge and rear side
- Batch alkaline polishing: Polish the rear side
- PID annealing: Grow SiOx layer on the front side
- Rear side passivation: Passivation of the rear side with AlOx/SiON/SiN stack layers
- Front PECVD: Deposit the SiON/SiN stack layers as anti-reflection coating
- Laser Contact Opening: Localized opening of the rear side surface passivation stack layers
- Metallization & Fast Firing: Print and fire the front-side and rear-side metallization
- Anti-LID treatment: Anti LID treatment to reduce the degradation of PERC cell
- Testing & Sorting: I-V testing and sorting of the cells into different classes
