SIEMER ENERTEC was established in Germany to bring the future of energy into reality. We believe the future depends on the efforts we make today.

Our engineering team designs and specifies production line equipment for the photovoltaic value chain and its adjacent industries. We are continuously researching process routes and equipment capability so that the lines we design remain competitive across their depreciation life, not just at handover.

We draw on specialist designers internationally, because the best people for a given process are not all in one country. What does sit in one place is the authority over the result: every design, every modification and every innovation is reviewed and released by SIEMER ENERTEC in Düsseldorf. That is what our German engineering approval means, and it is why there is a single point of accountability for the line you buy.

What We Do

Design and engineering of production line equipment

Our service is the engineering of manufacturing capability: defining the process route, designing the plant, specifying and integrating the equipment, and commissioning the line into qualified production. We do not manufacture modules, inverters or batteries, we engineer the lines that do.

Process Route Design

Technology selection and process flow definition — TOPCon, HJT or BC — matched to your product and market.

Plant Layout Engineering

Layout, material flow, buffer sizing and utility loads engineered for the target capacity.

Equipment Specification

Station-by-station specification, vendor selection and cross-vendor interface definition.
